THE FEVERISH SUMMER HOLIDAY 2015
With the determination to well implement the HR policy – “human resource is the focal point” for the sustainable development of the Company, a summer trip was organized for employees to Bai Lu Resort, Nghi Loc commune, Nghe An province from Jun 28th to Jun 30th, 2015.
This is an annual event aims at giving all staff a breaking time after 06 months of hard working.
The programme of “Hicon Teambuilding – Work hard, Play hard” in Bai Lu beach received enthusiastic participation of all staff to increase the solidarity, enhance the spirit of cooperation and teamwork among members in different construction sites.
Especially, “Gala Dinner – We are Family” programme with “home-made” entertainment performances and funny quizzes about Hicon gave each and everyone interesting moments and so much emotion, made them love their Company – their “family” more.
The vacation was supported and engaged whole-heartedly by the employees and was highly appreciated because of the efforts of the Board of Directors in improving life quality of each Hiconer.
