METRIC ROOF DRAINS

We offer 50mm Balcony Drains, 50mm Terrace Drains, 75mm and 125mm Siphonic Roof Drains (in a range compatible for any roof membrane – refer to our schedule)

75mm Siphonic Roof Drain 
 – manufactured in a range of quality materials for compatibility with all types of roofing and gutter materials our 75mm drains are our best seller due to the high capcity (up to 25 l/s) while being compact for installtion in the narrowest of commercial market gutters. The range includes a full selection of Primary and Secondary overflow drains.

125mm Siphonic Roof Drain – as with the 75mm drains, these are manufactured in a range of quality materials for compatibility with all types of roofing and gutter materials  includes a full selection of Primary and Secondary overflow drains. The 125mm drain has a huge capacity of up to 100 l/s for larger roofs or larger rainfall rates.

MIFAB HYDROMAX NORTH AMERICAN DRAINS

Our Mifab HydroMax siphonic drains are manufactured from cast iron with high tensile ductile iron inducers for complete peace of mind. The range includes 3″, 4″, 5″ and 6″ drains all bespoke drains designed to have low ‘K’ factor frictional losses with low ponding allowing us to be leaders in siphonic drainage.

All sizes come with Primary and Overflow options.

Coming standard with a no-hub cast iron connection, the drains can be used with adaptor connections for compatibitlity with solid core Schedule 40 PVC, hub and spigot cast iron, galvanized steel, or other ASPE Design Standard 45 compatible pipe system.

The 3″ Drain is designed for discharges from 23 Gallons per minute (GPM) up to 415 GPM and is also available as a podium/deck drain and top deck of Parking Garage drain.

The 4″ Drain is designed for discharges from 75 GPM up to 750 GPM and is also available as a podium/deck drain and top deck of Parking Garage drain.

HYDROMAX HDPE

HydroMax supply high quality HDPE pipes and fititngs manufactured to EN 1519 to stringent test standards including independent tests to show capacity to withstamnde negative pressures experienced with our HydroMax Siphonic Drainage System.

HDPE is an ideal system for HydroMax Siphonic Roof Drainage as it is a fully welded pipe system with butt welds in factory conditions and all site welds being Electrofusion – a tested jointing method used for many decades not only for HydroMax but also in the Gas and Water supply industries for jointing PE pipes.

HydroMax have a range of fittings to compliment the high quality pipework.

We supply HDPE in 40mm, 50mm, 56mm, 63mm, 75mm, 90mm, 110mm, 125mm, 160mm in PE 80 and 200mm, 250mm and 315mm in PE 100.

The HydroMax HDPE system should be fixed in accordance with HydroMax standard details for fixings using rail fastening system to control thermal movement and provide the necessary support. (Information available to registered users within the members area)
