{"id":29346,"date":"2018-11-06T10:40:09","date_gmt":"2018-11-06T03:40:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hicon.vn\/cms2\/en\/soi-dong-chuong-trinh-nghi-mat-he-nam-2015\/"},"modified":"2019-01-16T15:25:39","modified_gmt":"2019-01-16T08:25:39","slug":"the-feverish-summer-holiday-2015","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hiconmne.vn\/en\/the-feverish-summer-holiday-2015\/","title":{"rendered":"THE FEVERISH SUMMER HOLIDAY 2015"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>With the determination to well implement the HR policy \u2013 \u201chuman resource is the focal point\u201d for the sustainable development of the Company, a summer trip was organized for employees to Bai Lu Resort, Nghi Loc commune, Nghe An province from Jun 28<sup>th<\/sup> to Jun 30<sup>th<\/sup>, 2015.<\/p>\n<p>This is an annual event aims at giving all staff a breaking time after 06 months of hard working.<\/p>\n<p>The programme of \u201cHicon Teambuilding \u2013 Work hard, Play hard\u201d in Bai Lu beach received enthusiastic participation of all staff to increase the solidarity, enhance the spirit of cooperation and teamwork among members in different construction sites.<\/p>\n<p>Especially, \u201cGala Dinner \u2013 We are Family\u201d programme with \u201chome-made\u201d entertainment performances and funny quizzes about Hicon gave each and everyone interesting moments and so much emotion, made them love their Company \u2013 their \u201cfamily\u201d more.<\/p>\n<p>The vacation was supported and engaged whole-heartedly by the employees and was highly appreciated because of the efforts of the Board of Directors in improving life quality of each Hiconer.<\/p>\n<p>Some memorable images of the trip:<\/p>\n<div id=\"content_main\" class=\"clearfix\">\n<div class=\"item-page\">\n<div class=\"component-inner\">\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-width: 0px;
